1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Your order may be cancelled by us under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is unavailable or out of stock.

  • If payment is not received or is declined by the payment gateway.

  • If the shipping address provided is invalid or incomplete.

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund (if payment was made) will be issued.
