At VedicGrow, we aim to deliver high-quality gardening products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return or replace it under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes the invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable or consumable items such as live earthworms, vermiwash liquids, or opened fertilizer bags.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer.

  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional sale items (unless defective).

3. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is found to be defective/damaged, you may request a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).

  • Replacement will be processed once we receive and verify the returned item.
